In Brampton, the FIRE at Queen St West & George St forced businesses to evacuate & closed roads

Peel police reported a fire on Queen Street West and George Street in Brampton.

There is an active fire in a restaurant.

At the scene are Peel Regional Police, Peel Paramedics, and Brampton Fire Emergency Services.

Businesses in the area have been evacuated.

There were road closures in the area.

The police are requesting that the area be avoided.

At this time, there have been no reports of injuries.
